A gentle yoga class, which will give people the option of simple movements either from a chair, on the floor, or standing. This class is suitable for people who are beginners and will work to increase range of motion and balance
NOTE: This is a class for beginners and people who want a less vigorous yoga or have health challenges.
REQUIREMENTS: Students to provide their own yoga mat, chair, yoga block or cushion, water.
TUTOR: Julie completed her yoga training at Power Living, and is also qualified in Yin Yoga. She has completed a Yoga For Seniors course at Duke University (in North Carolina, USA) which dealt with the medical issues most common for over 65s and the learnings for yoga practice.
