Therapeutic movements, asanas, improve your flexibility, building strength within the muscles and bone structure of your physical body. Internal organs receive a massage and circulation improves – therefore a wonderful feeling of well-being is achieved.

Yoga is a journey into self-discovery, the way to freedom and inner peace. Learn to become the master of your mind, become the observer of your thoughts, creating an attitude of gratitude for yourself and others. Where your mind goes your energy flows.

NOTE: No experience required, and this gentle Hatha Yoga class is suitable for people recovering from injury and body concerns.
Please bring your own mat and large towel or throw – blankets are available.

TUTOR: Julie completed her Yoga teacher training at Power Living. She has practised yoga for over 20 years.

NOTE: No classes from August 26 to end Term 3.  Classes resume Term 4, October 7.
