The yoga sequence involves postures designed to increase flexibility as well as developing strength and balance. The postures will suit people who have some knowledge of yoga. Julie will provide cues to keep your practice safe and powerful, not to mention fun.
NOTE: Please bring your own yoga mat and water, particularly in hot weather. If you have any injuries you must have advice from a doctor about participation.
TUTOR: Julie completed her Yoga teacher training at Power Living. She has practised yoga for over 20 years.
