Class time: 3:45-5:00
A yoga class, which combines a 45-minute traditional hatha yoga aimed at strength and agility, followed by a 30 minute Yin class targeting flexibility and mobility where you can wind down.
NOTE: This is a class for people who are beyond beginners (who have done yoga before, or other comparable exercise, and have limited medical issues that they can manage in the class).
REQUIREMENTS: Students to provide their own yoga mat, yoga block or cushion, water.
TUTOR: Julie completed her yoga training at Power Living, and is also qualified in Yin Yoga. She has completed a Yoga for Seniors course at Duke University in North Carolina which dealt with the medical issues most common for over 65s and the learnings for yoga practice.
