Journal writing is an incredible way of looking after your wellbeing. It gives you the chance to work through what’s on your mind, self-reflect and then be inspired by your own insights.
This journal writing workshop will take you step-by-step and guide you to embrace your emotions (including those unwanted ones like stress, anger and frustration), gain clarity and return to feeling grounded and clear.
You will explore a transformational 5-step way of journal writing. This practical tool will:
- Allow you to let go what’s on your mind
- Dive a little deeper to explore what any stress or worry might really be about
- Discover the gift that it really is and feel inspired and grounded by your insights
REQUIREMENTS: Pen and paper. With each step, you’ll be guided to practise. Whatever you write is personal and you won’t be asked to share it.
TUTOR: Ingrid is a wellbeing coach with a primary teaching background. She supports people to reduce stress, enhance their wellbeing and live more mindfully. Helping people to become kinder towards themselves is central to all Ingrid’s work.
