Tutor/Facilitator Gregory Woodford
Date: on/from Mon 31 Jan 2022 to end year
Class time: 10:45-11:45
Students need some prior knowledge of Spanish. The Spanish taught will be International Spanish capable of being used anywhere. The course will include the basics of grammar and the application of Spanish to reading and writing, speaking and listening. The focus of the course is not on passing an exam but on enjoying oneself while learning Spanish with a group of like-minded people.
REQUIREMENTS: Some prior experience in Spanish is necessary.
Textbook is Easy Spanish Step-by-Step by Barbara Bregstein. The textbook is actually used regularly over the course so it is necessary to buy a copy. As a guideline, its price is generally somewhere between $18 and $25. Each class is usually given some homework to do but it’s not an onerous amount.
TUTOR: Greg started learning Spanish because of his love of tango dancing but he’s been tutoring Spanish for 5 years now and, one day, hopes to get the hang of it.
No Classes 14 March (Labour Day), 25 April (Anzac Day), 13 June (Queen’s B’Day)
