Other information

This class works on people’s flexibility, strength, cardio and balance. Much of the mat work is Pilates based.
We work slowly and carefully through the exercises and I provide hands-on assistance when possible. Otherwise I provide regular feedback. Exercises can be adapted for people with special needs.

REQUIREMENTS: Participants must be able to get down onto the floor and up again.

TUTOR: Lorna is a retired physiotherapist who has provided exercise classes at U3APP for about 7 years. She is mostly able to meet the needs of people who have underlying conditions where the exercises need modification, but at the same time provide a challenging and rewarding exercise experience for all who attend.
