|Yoga for strength and stability – a practice of yoga that will work on mind, body, breath for good health, strength and stability. The practice will be adapted to meet the needs of the students as much as possible. Some philosophy of yoga is encompassed in the class..
REQUIREMENTS: Students should bring their own mat and blanket.
Students with no experience of yoga are welcome, however an understanding of the basic principles is helpful. This is not a beginners’ class
TUTOR: Elizabeth has been a teacher for many years and has a passion for the practice of yoga and its teaching. She is trained in the tradition of Krishnamacharya, where yoga is adapted to meet the needs of the student.
