Other information

This is a lively, fast-moving, challenging class working on flexibility, strength, cardio and balance. Most of the mat work is Pilates based. Students’ special needs can mostly be catered for.

Students will need to have some confidence in their ability to do the exercises and know the limitations of their bodies.

REQUIREMENTS: Students must have attended either Lorna’s Exercise to Feel Well class and be active beginners or Interval Training for at least one semester.

TUTOR: Lorna is a retired physiotherapist who has provided exercise classes at U3APP for about 7 years. She is mostly able to meet the needs of people who have underlying conditions where the exercises need modification, but at the same time provide a challenging and rewarding exercise experience for all who attend.
