As a mirror to real-life forensic science methodology this course covers a huge range of evidence from objects such as tools, guns, fibres and documents, to DNA and drug analysis, computer forensics and many other analytical techniques. We will also delve into the more psychological aspects like criminal minds, human memory and eyewitness accounts. It’s a wild trip through the whole gamut of forensics. It is astounding when you consider the numerous and diverse scientific disciplines that are involved in the forensic process.

TUTOR: David is a PhD graduate and research scientist for many years. Major interests include chemistry, plant biochemistry and mass spectrometry. Last position was Senior Research Scientist with Defence Science Technology Organisation at Fishermans Bend.
