Tutor/Facilitator Claude Miller
Date: on/from Tue 2 Feb 2021 to end year
Class time: 10:00-11:30
Mary Kehoe Centre, Room 3
Not a French conversation class, nor a French grammar class per se, but an opportunity to improve our pronunciation and to broaden our understanding and enjoyment of French generally.
We read and translate with the aim of interactive discussion, in English. Time is spent exploring aspects of the French language that English speakers find difficult and we use whatever material comes to hand in the way of short stories, songs, news items etc. And, of course, as often as we can, we practise speaking French.
REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of French grammar , syntax and pronunciation.
TUTOR: Claude has a varied linguistic background, and was a French tutor over many years.
For the safety of all, please follow our COVIDSafe Conditions of Entry on every visit to MKC.
