Wednesday evening yoga sessions include breath work (pranayama), relaxation session and physical postures (asana). Yoga practices aim to bring about a sense of calm and balance while developing physical strength and stamina.
NOTE: Wear comfortable gym clothing, and bring towel or blanket, and water during warmer months.
TUTOR: Robyn has been teaching yoga for over 10 years in a variety of settings. Classes include group and private sessions. Robyn is a member of Yoga Australia.
