A gentle yoga class enhancing physical and mental strength.
Includes managing panic attacks, anxiety or depression.
All welcome including beginners and people with physical or mental
concerns.
REQUIREMENT: Yoga mat and small blanket
TUTOR: Dianne has over 20 years of teaching Yoga–Qi Gong in Australia and
overseas. It has given her great pleasure to help people enjoy a happier
outlook on life itself.
