A yoga class which will focus on improving balance and building upper body strength [a continuation of the class in Term 3].
Students to provide a yoga mat, be near a wall, yoga strap [belt or dressing gown tie], water.
Julie completed her yoga training at Power Living, and is also qualified in Yin Yoga.
She had recently completed a yoga for seniors course at Duke University in North Carolina which dealt with the medical issues most common for over 65’s and the learnings for yoga practice.
