The Studio at The Grace
This course is to be hosted from the community kitchen at The Grace Albert Park Lake Retirement Community.
Learn about the secrets of healthy eating, especially as we age. Find out which foods are best to use, what they say when they talk about super-foods, and some easy-to-prepare, delicious recipes that you can do at home. Explore the fascinating world of spices and how traditional recipes from India (Ayurvedic cooking) can enhance your diet and lifestyle.
REQUIREMENT: Bring an apron and containers to take food home.
Tutor must be informed of any food allergies. A form will be provided for details
TUTOR: Damian is an experienced chef and wellness expert. He has spent many years running his own business and working with some of Australia’s leading well-being companies. He is also working toward a Masters in neuroscience and gut health, so is passionate about sharing food and ideas that can help you live longer and be well.
