An Italian class with a difference for those that love all things Italian. Fun and stimulating!
From post-beginners to intermediate, students will be guided to develop communication skills, as well as being introduced to Italian culture.
Students will also work on grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, enabling them to use Italian in a wide range of situations.
Students will be given homework to complete at home and discuss in class.
This course will combine three main components:
- Conversational skills
- Italian culture (La Dolce Vita, history, geography, food, fun facts etc).
REQUIREMENTS: Students must have fairly good knowledge of Italian, intermediate level, with at least 2-3 years’ Italian study (equivalent to Intermediate Level B1).

REQUIRED TEXT: Italian Made Simple by Christina Mazzoni, published by the Philip Lief Group (2nd edition).
TUTOR: Giovanna is a qualified mother-tongue speaker who gives engaging, dynamic and fun lessons in an informal and relaxed style – very passionate on anything and everything Italian. She has travelled extensively throughout Italy and has done some schooling in Italy.
