REQUIREMENTS: Would be a good idea – but certainly not essential – if participants purchased a copy of the Australian Constitution from the Parliamentary Library, Canberra. Costs around $30.
TUTOR: Colin’s background includes:
Patrol Officer Northern Territory 1955–59.
Studied Australian anthropology 1956.
Qualified Private Pilot 1956.
Graduated in law 1961 – Barrister until 1988, Judge 1988–92, Magistrate 1993–2004.
Councillor South Melbourne 1975–79.
Graduated Bachelor of Theology 2012
