Practice is all standing with gentle movement of the body linked with breath
and awareness to facilitate flexibility, balance, and focus. Gentle flowing
QiGong sequence prepares for traditional Beijing 24 practice.

REQUIREMENTS: No experience necessary. Comfortable clothing. Shoes
optional if indoors.

TUTOR: Yvonne has learned and practised TaiChi and QiGong for more than
10 years. An enthusiast eager to share passion for regular practice and
promote wellbeing.

Classes on 10 February, 10 March, 12 May, 9 June, 14 July, 11 August, 20 October, 17 November (CoPP immunisation days) will be at Middle Park Community Centre

Classes will be cancelled if COVID-19 restrictions do not allow face-to-face classes

Class on 23 June will be held in a local park (weather permitting)
