Experience a gentle, grounded practice that gets you in touch with your body and your breath through linking the two. A range of breathing techniques will enhance your mood and ease your body into shapes designed to increase your range of motion and balance. Classes will be tailored to participant needs and options to deepen your practice will be offered.
REQUIREMENTS: Exercise mat or comfortable soft floor space, bolster or cushion/pillow; strap (such as exercise belt, scarf); yoga blocks (Tupperware containers or similar)
TUTOR: Kim has been a yoga student for eight years and recently completed her vinyasa teacher training in order to share her love of this time-tested practice with others. Beyond the endless physical benefits of yoga, Kim believes yoga helps us be our best selves off the mat too, developing a calmer mind and a kinder heart.
