REQUIREMENTS: Notepad and pen

TUTORS: Twenty-five years ago, Carolyn needed something to recover
from ‘baby brain’. She was raising 4 boys including a set of identical
triplets. She stumbled across Helen’s Memory Skills course and enrolled.
Despite being a very busy full-time mum, the course fitted Carolyn like a
glove. From that time to this, Carolyn and Helen remain close friends and
have continued to have fun with memory skills. Carolyn is also a published
author of two book about her experiences raising her triplets -ADHD to the
Power of Three – A Mother’s Story of Raising Triplets, and the sequel – The
Teenage Years.

Helen came across memory techniques in the early 1990s. So excited by
them, she volunteered at her children’s school teaching the young students.
She began teaching Memory Skills at Holmsglen, Casey, CAE, Community
Centres, private businesses and even Barwon Prison. She has never lost her
passion for how beneficial memory skills are in life. She may have taught
Carolyn 25 years ago but now is inspired by her amazing friend.
