Other references will also be used such as the Bhagavad Gita, theory of Kundalini, Hatha Yoga Pradipika.

Topics for discussion include:
 Eight limbs of yoga
 What is Kundalini Yoga?
 Description of chakras, how they relate to our body and emotions

 Gain some basic understanding on the yogi way of life

There will be some practical exercise as part of this course, eg meditation at the end of each class (5 minutes), introduction to the use of mantras for meditation, affirmation practices.
