Other information

This watercolour class is designed for all levels of experience, so no experience is needed. The class will focus on development of techniques and the use of colour and tone. Each week we will cover a different topic such as still life, landscape or abstract painting, and Linda will demonstrate how to use watercolours at each session.

NOTE: This course is for beginners and experienced water-colourists.

REQUIREMENTS: Students with some experience should bring their own materials (watercolour paper and paints/pencils/brushes) but for complete beginners it is best to attend the first session with the group and get advice from the tutor about materials. Please do not spend money on cheap, poor quality materials – it will be disappointing for you when you commence to paint.

TUTOR: Linda has been experimenting with watercolour for over 15 years. She has exhibited through the Karingal Art Society in Sydney, at the Academy of Design, Melbourne, Camberwell Art Show, Bayside Art Show and at the Gasworks. Her website is at www.linda-arts.me.

Will be run on Zoom if COVID-19 restrictions do not permit face-to-face classes
