Movie Milestones is a film appreciation and film history course that shows students some of the most important films ever made. The choices of film will cover the different decades, presenting offerings from the 1930s to the present day.
Each class will begin with an introductory PowerPoint presentation offering background understandings of the film, followed by a viewing of the film and ending with a group discussion.
REQUIREMENTS: An interest in films.
PRESENTER: Diane is a seasoned film academic. She has spent many years teaching film at RMIT University and at ACU. She is also a filmmaker with many years’ experience in the industry and is presently a reviewer of film on social media amongst many other things.
