We should be living in a time of unprecedented good health. Instead, we
have switched from the mostly infectious diseases of the 19th century to the
chronic, disabling diseases of 21st century. At the same time, we are
overshooting the boundaries that protect our precious planet. Let’s embrace
the wealth of nature around us, rediscover and regenerate what we have
lost and heal ourselves and the planet.
NOTE: The Friday talk each week in course 5H03 is live but repeats the
previous Tuesday 2H01 talk. The talks are conducted on Zoom. “Drop in”
with your coffee at 9.15 for a chat before we start at 9.30. There will be
plenty of time for questions after the talk.
