The Male Voice Choir will cover a range of music styles, traditional and modern including, G&S, Folk, and Barber Shop.

The Male Voice Choir will also perform in October U3A Seniors Week Concert and Bay Street Festival, or on other invited occasions.

REQUIREMENTS: A positive commitment to weekly attendance is important. All men are welcome. experienced or not! You just need a positive attitude, with an enthusiasm to participate and enjoy singing. The ability to follow music may be helpful, but we encourage learning music by ear rather than the use of printed music, so no music note reading is required.

NOTE: No audition is necessary.

TUTOR: David is an experienced singer, performer and DJ, who has sung with choirs, organised musical groups, produced shows, and sung in cabaret events in the UK over many years. In Melbourne he has sung as a member of the MSO Chorus and has performed leading roles with the Gilbert and Sullivan Society. He has presented soul music programmes for PBS Radio, and has sung at local venues including the Paris Cat Jazz Club.
