Gentle Hatha Yoga to align mind, breath and body. We will work on stretching, improving balance and strength whilst focusing the mind. Yoga is the union of our mind, breath and body, and builds our capacity to live with gratitude and contentment.

Suitable for those with some mobility limitations and those who have not experienced Yoga before.

NOTE: Please bring a Yoga mat and large towel.

Please do not eat for at least 1.5 hours prior to class.

TUTOR: Robyn practised Yoga as a young woman and returned to Yoga in her early 60s. She has been a constant practitioner for 4 years. Robyn is a graduate of Western Wellness Institute where she continues to practise. She is also a member of Yoga Alliance and wishes to share the benefits of the yogic lifestyle with others.
