This class aims to take you away from the activities of daily life and have a chance to move, relax and bring some balance to body and mind.  The yoga sequence involves postures designed to increase mobility and flexibility as well as developing strength. The postures can be adapted to suit all levels from beginner to more advanced. Julie will provide cues to keep your practice safe and powerful, not to mention fun.

NOTE: Please bring your own yoga mat and water, particularly in hot weather. If you have any injuries you must have advice from a doctor about participation.

TUTOR: Julie completed her Yoga teacher training at Power Living. She has practised yoga for over 20 years.
