A holiday exercise class suitable for all levels of fitness. The class starts with a warm up, some exercises to build fitness, flexibility and muscle strength, and to get the heart rate up, also exercises to improve your balance and flexibility. Concluding with some breathwork and meditation.
What to have ready for the class – Mat and water, block or cushion, chair, blanket for meditation
