New Procedure for Expense Claims
(effective from April 2022)
As of April 2022 there is a new procedure to claim reimbursement of expenses incurred on behalf of U3APP. You must log-in to the U3APP website to access this form and your registered email address will be automatically populated on the form. Expense Reimbursement Form. This is a new online version.

This means you can fill in details of the expenses, attach receipts, enter payment details - once completed, click submit and this will go to the Treasurer mailbox.

The advantages of the online form are :

  • you can enter your details online, on your phone, iPad or tablet, or computer without printing out the Word document
  • the form will go directly to the Treasurer’s email in-box for processing
  • we can reduce the amount of filing hard copies of paper

While hard copy paper forms will still be processed, we cannot guarantee how long it will take to process (unless the forms are copied / scanned and sent to the Treasurer’s email address).

Please note - all requests for payment by email without completing an Expenses Claim form will NOT be processed
