2025 Membership
You must be a 2025 financial member to enrol in a 2025 course.

To check your status, logon to our website u3app.org.au.

Your name will be displayed followed by Member, if you are a 2025 financial member.
Otherwise Pay by Card will be displayed.

To pay your membership:

  • Click on Pay by Card to pay online with a credit or a debit card, not an EFTPOS card.
  • For any assistance in paying your membership fee,  go into the office at the Mary Kehoe Centre.

Membership fees MUST be paid prior to Enrolment Week, if you wish to enrol in a 2025 course during Enrolment Week.  No payment will be accepted from 11pm on Sunday 8 December until late on Friday 13 December.

2025 Course Advertising
The 2025 Course Guide will be advertised in a special newsletter on Sunday 1 December.  Enrolment is necessary for all 2025 courses. No enrolments or waitlists are carried over from 2024.

2025 Enrolment Week
2025 Enrolment Week is from Monday 9 December to Friday 13 December. During Enrolment Week, the office at the Mary Kehoe Centre will not be open, nor will you be able to pay your membership fee.

For courses held on a Monday, enrolment opens on Monday the 9th. For courses held on a Tuesday course, enrolment opens on Tuesday the 10th, and so on through the week. If you aren’t sure what day the course runs, the first character of the course code tells you (1=Monday, 2-=Tuesday, etc).

Within each day, enrolments open at various times depending on the type of course:

9am              Exercise courses (second character of the course code is E)
10am            Language courses (second character of the course code is L)
11am            All other courses on that day

Examples:

1E12 Yoga Ying and Yang– bookings will open at 9am Monday 9 December
2L05 Basic French for Beginners – bookings will open at 10am on Tuesday 10 December
4M04 New Ukes – bookings will open at 11am on Thursday 12 December

2025 Online Enrolment
The preferred method for enrolment is online.

On enrolment day:

  • Be prepared with the list of courses you would like to enrol in for that day and the enrolment time for each course
  • Login to the U3APP website a few minutes before the time your enrolment starts, https://www.u3app.org.au/
  • Be ready to search for the course at the top of your list for that enrolment time and then do so at enrolment time.  An easy way to find your course is to click on U3APP Courses, then Courses by Day of Week and then the day on which the course is held.
  • Click on the course name and then click on Book.
  • Warning: popular courses book out in seconds and it’s a lottery whether you get in or not, regardless of how well-prepared you are and how fast you press the buttons.  If so, press WAITLIST to ensure you are on the list to be enrolled when spots become available.

2025 Online Enrolment Coaching
Coaching sessions are being offered this year from 18 November to 6 December at the Mary Kehoe Centre, by appointment.  The coaching sessions will allow you to practice online enrolment and waitlisting, one-on-one with one of our volunteers, and will last approximately 20 minutes.  To book a time, contact the office in person or phone 9696 3495.

2025 Online Enrolment Practice at Home
You can practice online enrolment for 2025 at home by booking into one of our "dummy" 2025 courses at any time.  There are two such courses:  1Z98 and 1Z99, both on a Monday.

2025 Paper Enrolment
An alternative to online enrolment is to complete a paper enrolment form and submit it to the office at the Mary Kehoe Centre anytime from Monday 2 December to Friday 6 December during office hours of 9:30 to 3:30.  The form is available in the office, or you can download it from our website and print it.

Paper enrolments will be processed online by our volunteers at the same day and time as for online enrolments, in the order in which they were submitted to the office.

2025 Enrolment Confirmation
You will receive an email within 24 hours confirming your enrolment(s), whether an online or paper enrolment. If you aren’t sure whether you enrolled or waitlisted successfully, please check by going to Your Bookings, rather than by ringing the office.

How to Enrol

On-line: after bookings have opened

On-line enrolments are preferred as this significantly reduces the amount of back-office work for our volunteers.

  • Login to the U3APP.org.au website.
  • Go to the Courses & Enrolling page.
  • Scroll down to find the course that you are interested in.
  • Does the course have spaces available?
    • Click on the course name to go to the booking page.
    • Click on “Book for this course or event”.
    • You will receive a confirmation email.  Please check your Junk/Spam folders as these automatically-generated emails often finish up there.
  • OR is the course shown as FULL?
    • Click on WAITLIST.

Paper Enrolment Form: before bookings open for First Semester

  • Obtain a paper Enrolment Form either from the Office or by printing an online copy available here.
  • Complete the paper Enrolment Form and submit it to the Office.

The start date for acceptance of paper Enrolment Forms for first semester is published on the U3APP website and in the e-Bulletin. Enrolment Forms received before this date are treated as though they had been received on the start date (ie there is no advantage to be gained by submitting early). On the start date and thereafter, paper Enrolment Forms are numbered in order of receipt.  Paper Enrolment forms are processed by U3APP volunteers on the same day as on-line bookings.

If your enrolment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email.  Please check your Junk/Spam folders as these automatically-generated emails often finish up there.

If your enrolment is unsuccessful,  you will receive an email telling you that you have been waitlisted.
