Your Username is your email address.

If you have not used the U3APP on-line membership and enrolment system before, your username AND your password have been set to your email address.

If you have any trouble logging in, please send an email to [email protected], and a human being will reset your password for you.


If you have used the system before, but can't remember your password, click on Lost your password? (above)

You will then see a screen that asks you to enter your email address and click on "Get New Password".

After you do that, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If the email doesn't arrive in your Inbox within a few minutes, please CHECK YOUR JUNK or SPAM folder. Password emails often go into these folders.

Please don't click on the "Get New Password" button more than once. It generates multiple emails and the link won't work unless it is the last one.

When you follow the link in the email, you will come to a page where you can type in a new password of your choice. Note that it does not have to be 12 characters long even though that is recommended. If it says "weak password", ignore it - it doesn't matter. Your password will be accepted even if it is short and/or weak.
